Getting our 'Oomph' on.
Giving it a little 'Oomph'. Another Oomph wellness class in action! We just love getting our 'Oomph' on each and every week to support the enhancement of mental, physical and emotional wellbeing through innovative exercise and activity solutions. We strive to enable those living with us to live life to the full. We have one life, so let's give it some Oomph!.

Troutbeck's Halloween Celebrations
Here at Troutbeck we held a big celebration for Halloween and we were delighted with our Halloween display.
We had fun embellishing our pumpkins, we decided to make them sparkly and glamorous. Norma enjoyed jazzing up the pumpkins, she is always a great sport and enjoys getting involved at any opportunity.
Halloween Biscuit Making
Teamwork makes the dreams work, that will be the perfect definition to describe the amazing pumpkin shaped biscuits that the residents baked as part as one of the many activities that they enjoyed to celebrate Halloween. The biscuits were served later on with tea and coffee, all the residents agreed that they were delicious.
