Family Christmas Tree

This year's Christmas season is different for all of us due to the pandemic. Instead of doing the traditional Christmas tree decorations. We, the Amber Court staffs wanted to create something new and unique for everyone. Christmas is the celebration to keep our families connected in a special way during the season of joy. With this, everyone has an idea of hanging our family photos in the Christmas tree with colourful candy cane frames. From the staff to the relatives, we share a special together.  Overall, we decided to call this special moment the FAMILY CHRISTMAS TREE.

Abingdon Court Christmas Bakery

We have some fine bakers here at Abingdon Court, so it's no surprise that our baking sessions go down so well with those that live here - and as we are entering the festive period, we simply had to make some mince pies!

From rolling out the pastry, filling the cases with the indulgently fragrant mincemeat and baking them in our portable oven - this activity screamed comfort, sparking memories of parents and grandparents stirring up the spices on the stove, and sharing delicious festive treats with family and friends.
