Worker Bee Of The Month
Congratulations to Katie and Misha for winning worker bee of the month in October!
They both said the vouchers will help towards Christmas!
Well done and keep up the good work!

Room with a View
Wyndham Hall were very generously gifted £2,500 for some art work within the home and after much deliberation we opted for Charlotte Designs and artist Sarah Hodgkins produced this beautiful mural in an open area on our specialist dementia wing.
As you can see the area is put to good use and we all really enjoy the beautiful artwork, especially the seagull with a chip in its beak.
A huge thank you to Cherwell Valley District Council and Sarah Hodgkins for this beautiful gift.

New Games and Activities at Parkview
Big Parcel at the front door addressed to the Activities Organiser, what could it be?
Fabulous new games and activities for those that live here to use, so our wonderful activities organiser arranged a tester session, and they went down a storm.

Planting Our Flowers
At Hope Green we spent two lovely mornings in the garden planting some flowers which had kindly been donated by a local supermarket. The residents enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air while getting stuck in and creating a number of wonderful pots, looking at the colourful flowers and patterns on the leaves. They can now be enjoyed for weeks to come on garden walks.

Art Day at Wyndham
An arts and crafts session painting some rainbow hand autumn trees. Everyone living in the home who joined in with this session really enjoyed comparing the size of their hands, along with everyone’s unique shape🍁🌳
Salt Dough Magnets
Making these were great fun and we created a lot of mess. So cheap and simple to do. We purchased magnetic strips from a local craft shop. These make lovely gifts which we will be gifting to family and friends.

Congratulations Alina!
Congratulations to our Super Nurse – Alina, who was presented with a gift card and some of her favourite flowers in recognition of her nomination as a finalist in the category of Nurse of the Year at this year’s MMCG Care Awards. Well done Alina, we are all so proud of you and the recognition of your continued care, commitment and dedication to everyone living with us at Kents Hill.

Arts and Crafts Afternoon
What a lovely relaxing afternoon our residents had creating such wonderful pictures.
It may be raining outside, but the sun is always shining in Buckingham House.

Autumn Tribute
As the weather turns colder, our thoughts are turning to Autumn, the clocks go back and even though we know Autumn or Fall as it is sometimes called can be a short season, we also think it can be one of the most beautiful, with bright summer type skies, with a chill in the air and the wonderful colours of the changing leaves all around us.
This is our Autumn tribute.
Arts and Crafts Day
We decided to try something a little different for our arts and craft day. We took to the gardens and began searching for some pebbles and small rocks to decorate. We had so many inspired designs and the residents have decided to sell their creations at our upcoming winter fete.
