Christmas Cavendish

Residents had a lovely afternoon decorating our Christmas trees lots of reminiscing and smiles – Merry Christmas from residents and staff at Cavendish Court.

Christmas Tree Competition

We decorated three trees with staff and residents coming together with ideas and a helping hand, and we think a good job was done by all, many thanks to all.

Roast Dinner

Our Roast dinner was simply the best, made by a true Yorkshire man (our Chef Gareth) Roasted Lamb cooked to perfection, chantenay carrots glazed in honey, tender cauliflower and delicate peas, topped off with home made Yorkshire pudding and lamb gravy.

Thank You!

We here at Clumber Court would like to say a big thank you to all the children at Sutton Cum Lound School who have made these beautiful Christmas trees for our residents!

It is very much appreciated by both staff and residents.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all and we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Naughty Elf

Naughty elf being not so naughty and pouring the tea and coffee for the ladies at coffee morning although his singing along with the Christmas tunes was a little pitchy.....

Arts & Crafts

We at Knights Court really pride ourselves on creative arts and crafts. Check out some of the creativity of our residents over the last few weeks!

Big Birthdays!

Here at Knights Court we gave one of our unsuspecting residents a surprise birthday treat. During the lockdown. One of our residents who was turning 90 years old thought his birthday would be just another ordinary day. He was oblivious when we threw him a mini party surrounded by other fellow residents and caring staff. He was so touched that he became emotional. Here are afew highlights of his special day.

HAPPY 90TH BIRTHDAY!

Elf Day at Kents Hill Care Home

Elf Day at Kents Hill Care Home was enjoyed by all; staff dressed up, the residents enjoyed an afternoon of tea, cake and a festive sing along.

Thank You From Relative
