Residents at Hope Green enjoyed their new Friday event, Fizzy Friday. Lots of fizz and fun enjoyed by all. 

Social Distancing Visit

Our resident at Bowerfield Court enjoying an outside social distancing visit from his mum. They had a lovely afternoon and it was so nice for them to catch up and see each other. 

Queen's Birthday Celebrations

We celebrated the Queen's birthday at Clarendon Court with lots of singing and flag waving. We had a fabulous afternoon. 

Surprise Hamper

We have just received this beautiful Keelham Farm Fruit Hamper from Julie Wilcocks ( our Hairdresser). It looks scrumptious.

Letters from Local Children

The 1st Stapeley and 2nd Shavington Brownies suggested writing letters and drawings to cheer up our residents during our lockdown, the girls aged seven to eleven certainly brought lots of smiles.A big thank you to them and Madeleine (Brown Owl).

 

Live Entertainment at Troutbeck

We have had a variety of entertainers coming to visit us here at Troutbeck, they have been adhering to social distancing and playing to our residents from a safe distance outside the home.



It has been a welcome boost for our residents and lifted everyone spirits including the staff.



We will continue with booking volunteers and now some of our regular entertainers as the summer months mean that we can watch from a safe distance.



The benefits of music have been greatly appreciated by everyone.

Kind Donation for Chestnut Court

All the residents at Chestnut Court enjoyed the delicious food delivered from a local company, Sheesh Restaurant. 

Norwich Football Club Donation at Dussindale

Dussindale received a cake and signed football shirt from NCFC, signed by Teemu Pukki. 

Thank you very much for the kind donation. 

Betty's Tea Room Cakes

We have been very thankful to our local community for donating various sweet treats for our residents including the famous Bettys in Ilkley. 

Sensory Activities at Clarendon Court

A big thank you to our neighbour  June Deely for the fantastic Fiddle Mitts she has kindly donated to residents at Clarendon Court. Lovely bright colour and lots of smiles. Thank you June.
