Sunshine and Garden Games
The people living with us at The Belvedere had a lovely day in the sunshine, enjoying garden games and ice lollies.

Live Entertainment at White Rose Lodge
White Rose Lodge continues to maintain close relationships and links with the community and we were delighted when volunteers approached us to supply the home with entertainment free of charge. At the beginning of June we were enchanted by Brigham's Charity Organ which filled the corridors with sounds from a fun fair. Alongside well known favourites including ‘Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag’, we had residents singing along, swaying and clapping to the organ.

Stencilling
During the lock down we have been finding plenty of ways to keep ourselves busy including trying different arts and crafts.
We recently tried stencilling which was new to many of us.

Pride Month
June was Pride month and we wanted to show our support at Blenheim Care Centre.
We produced an abstract rainbow painting which we have proudly displayed.

Baking at Blenheim Care Centre
We all love homemade cakes at Blenheim Care Centre and sometimes the people living with us like to make them themselves.

Garden Entertainment at Earsdon Grange
Here at Earsdon Grange Care Home we were delighted when the fabulous entertainer Mark McCann came to sing for us in our garden. We had such a lovely day, the sun was shining and the residents were singing and dancing with each other.

Costa Coffee Comes to Earsdon Grange
We received a lovely donation of tins of iced coffees from Costa for the staff and residents at Earsdon Grange Care Home which we all enjoyed. Thank you for coming to visit us with the coffees it was great to meet you.

Symphony Orchestra visits Earsdon Grange
Here at Earsdon Grange Care Home we were delighted when Violinist from Symphony Orchestra came to entertain the residents in the garden at the home. They also donated juices and water for the home so the residents could enjoy a refreshing drink whilst they played.
Thank you so much for coming to see us we had a fabulous time.

Starbeck Primary Cards
Starbeck Primary School children sent these wonderful handmade cards to lift our spirits and provide colourful cheer to the residents at Belmont House Care Home on High Street, Starbeck. Thank you for the lovely cards and we can't wait to see you when you are allowed to visit again.
