
Water Painting
Water painting went down a treat this week, everyone gave it a go and was quite taken aback what beautiful pictures were created without having to even use paint. It was such a therapeutic activity that was enjoyed by all.
Wyndham Hall Summer BBQ
Our summer BBQ was a lovely event. It was such a pleasure to welcome back family and friends to share this with us and see lots of smiles all around.

Minister Tim Edworthy
We are pleased to announce that Minister Tim Edworthy will be holding church services in our home on the 1st Sunday of each month starting in September. He will be joined by friends of the community and provides our residents the opportunity to attend service in their own home, which will hold hymns, prayers and refreshments. Thank you to Tim and his wonderful Team and we look forward to seeing you next weekend

Buckingham County Fair 2022
What a fantastic day we had at the Buckingham County Fair Show on Thursday 1st September.

Greendale Farm Visit
We recently went on a lovely trip to Greendale Farm, looked at all animals, did some shopping in the farm shop and finished off with a well earned cream tea. All had a lovely afternoon.
Hand Puppets
Our residents had a fun afternoon making hand puppets. From blue chickens to pink frogs the creativity was flowing as was the laughter.

Musical fun
Nothing gets us moving and laughing like a bit of music and dancing. A bit of Elvis and our toes were tapping and everyone was singing along. We grabbed some maracas and bells and made a party of it.
Entertainment at Birch Heath
This week the staff and residents at Birch Heath Lodge enjoyed some entertainment. It was fantastic to see everyone together enjoying the show.
Jasper The Dog
During this week Manorhey received for the first time the visit of Jasper the Dog.
Jasper went to introduce himself to every resident in the Care home.
The residents were full of questions and observations, they loved the visit and cannot wait for Jasper to visit again.
Notting Hill Carnival
Notting Hill Carnival celebrations were a huge success at Hope Green with lots of dancing, music and colour. It's always great to get together and celebrate the diversity of our culture and what better way than to appreciate the costumes and dance of this vibrant carnival. Pom Poms and colourful scarves made our celebrations complete
