Flower Arranging Club
There was a really lovely atmosphere at our Flower Arranging Club last week with beautiful bunches of brightly coloured spray Carnations. They looked so lovely that it prompted us to decorate the window area too. Some surprise flower head garlands that lit up were a finishing touch too which delighted the ladies who were keen to be photographed.
Odd Socks
A women's work is never done, but we had lots of fun at Bowerfield House sorting and pairing all these socks up. With Vera and Pauline on the job it didn't take long to pair up every one’s socks. They are all nicely put away in everyone's bedroom ready for another day.
We talked about how you always end up with missing socks and it's as if the washer eats them up! We had a good giggle, I didn't think pairing socks would be so much fun, but we all enjoyed it .

As a multicultural environment, where people from all around the world, work together giving the best of themselves, to deliver the best of the care. We like to learn a bit more about the people that make that possible, joining to the celebrations of important festivals from other countries and cultures.
This time we joined a quarter of the world's population to celebrate Chinese New Year. We welcomed the year of the tiger with many different activities, where the residents enjoyed a Whole Chinese Immersion Experience.
