Easter Take-Over At Claremont
Claremont Manor Charity Easter Fete was a huge success!
We were joined by hundreds of people throughout the day, the sun was shining as children went wild for the Easter egg hunt, our Easter bonnet making was super popular and our residents loved judging the bonnet parade. We had wonderful performances by Tony and Spike of Promenade Promotions throughout the day, Jerry Wilde was brilliant and Footlights Dance Academy Dawlish and Teignmouth gave us a fabulous show to finish off!

Claremont Manor at the Eat Festival on the lawn
Claremont Manor enjoyed a successful outing to the Eat Festival on the lawn in Dawlish. Our chef prepared delicious shortbread biscuits, and we gave a preview of our cheese and wine evenings by serving homemade chutney with cheese and mini toast, alongside alcohol free wine.
We had some wonderful, meaningful conversations with attendees and look forward to the next event in Teignmouth in November.
A trip to the seaside
Belmont House had a wonderful trip to Bridlington. They had lots of fun and laughter all day. The weather was great, and everyone enjoyed an ice cream in the sun. They even went into the arcades to have a go on the slot machines!
Belmont House would like to thank their sister home, White Rose Lodge, for the great day. They all hope to be visiting again soon!
Animal Visit
We loved having Animals2usouthwest visit us last week. Marie was very knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about the animals she brought along. We had two guinea pigs, two tortoises and a bearded dragon, it was a delightful experience. We are looking forward to her next visit already!
