A big thank you to our local community for the lovely gifts

 A wonderful drawing from High Lane scouts and a fabulous donation of sweets from local company Swizzels for staff and residents to enjoy. 

Chatwins coffee and cakes a local Nantwich company surprised us at all at Clarendon Court by dropping off this beautiful selection of cakes for residents and staff.

This lovely hamper and artwork from the children at Pangbourne Primary School really made us smile and brightened up everyone’s day – especially with such a selection of our favourite biscuits inside! Thank you to everyone.

Ashfield Court in Tewit Well Road in Harrogate received such a sweet surprise delivery in the form of gorgeous cakes from Spa Surgery from the staff and GP's. We would just like to say from all at the home a huge thank you and we really do appreciate them and won't forget your kindness.

We also had a lovely surprise from ‘Sedgefield locality team’ at Willowdene Care Home on Lizards Lane in Sedgefield.  One of the team dropped off lots of gorgeous treats for the staff with a lovely card which really touched us.  We are so grateful to think people are thinking of us all

Thank you for the flowers and amazing chocolates sent to Hope Green from one of our resident's daughter's.

Easter at Cedar Court has always been a special time. We would normally have a big Easter bonnet contest but due to the current times we have been unable to hold the events, but it didn't stop us from celebrating Easter. 

Here at Earsdon Grange we have been so delighted with all of the lovely community spirit and wanted to say a few thank you's to let them know how very much we appreciate them.

We had a lovely surprise delivery at Astor Court from Clive Taylor who is the son of one of our residents.  He wanted to say thank you for all of the hard work the staff are doing at the home through this strange time whilst also trying to keep life normal for all of our residents.

The residents at Willow Bank enjoyed a cream tea for Mother's day. They made banners to decorate the dining room and made it look special. Residents baked some buns and decorated them and enjoyed scones with jam and clotted cream, the ladies all thought they were delicious.

Thank you to the children at Busy Bees Nursery for sending some fabulous drawings to our residents. It has certainly made us all smile and the residents love looking at the wonderful creations. 

A huge thank you to our local Tesco, Slough Community Volunteer Service and One Slough Community Response Team for the donations and delivery of Easter eggs for everyone in the home.

Staff at Windmill Care Centre enjoyed a welcome break of delicious homemade cake along with a calming cup of tea thanks to the generosity of one of our local neighbours. This lovely treat was dropped off on Friday to thank everyone for all their hard work and care at this busy time.

Residents at Troutbeck Care Home in Ilkley enjoyed making paper flowers to create an indoor garden area, these proved to be very popular. We used them to make a lovey Easter display that residents could enjoy in the garden room.

Easter at Windmill Court was a special time.  We decorated the home, made and sent cards to family and friends and of course enjoyed plenty of chocolate eggs and hot cross buns.

Cedar Court Care Home in Cranleigh had it's second interactive concert of the year in March from their young friends at the Royal Academy of Music .
