The Claremont Manor Christmas Fair 2025 was nothing short of magical! This annual festive event brought together our wonderful community for a day filled with joy, charity, and unforgettable experiences.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our visitors, we raised nearly £1,000 for local charities, including AIMS, a Dawlish-based special needs children’s charity, and Rowcroft Hospice. Every raffle ticket, every stall purchase, and every donation contributed to this amazing achievement.

We were honored to welcome Councillor Anthony James, Mayor of Dawlish, who joined in the celebrations and showed strong support for our charitable efforts.
Children were thrilled to meet Father Christmas in the library, creating magical memories that will last a lifetime. Another highlight was our 3-meter wheelchair-accessible snow globe, offering a unique winter wonderland experience for visitors of all ages.

Local Businesses and Community Spirit

The fair featured a vibrant selection of stalls showcasing beautiful items from local businesses. Highlights included:

• Roots Community Enhancement raising funds through a fun Tombola.
• Rowcroft Hospice engaging visitors with their prize raffle and “Wine or Water” game.
