Congratulations to our Lifestyle Lead at Windsor Court

Congratulations to April, our Lifestyle Lead, who has successfully completed her Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship, alongside an additional CMI (Chartered Management Institute) accreditation.

The Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship is a 15-month programme designed for first-line managers and supervisors, covering key areas such as supporting and managing team members, providing feedback, handling difficult conversations, understanding business operations, workplace culture, and project management. As part of her studies, April also completed an additional CMI module, earning a certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership.

April found the apprenticeship extremely beneficial alongside her role as Lifestyle Lead. The knowledge and skills she gained have enhanced the way she supports and leads not only her own team but also colleagues across the wider home, helping to strengthen collaborative working between departments. She has developed greater confidence and expertise in people management, which has had a positive impact on her day-to-day role.

Balancing her studies with activity provision responsibilities and family life was challenging at times, but her dedication and perseverance have paid off. We are incredibly proud of April's achievement and the commitment she has shown throughout her learning journey. 🎉👏
