I saw an internal opportunity online where there was a home in Leeds that needed a Home manager, closer to where I live. I spoke to my Regional Director at the time and she advised me to apply which I did then I was set on an interview which I was successful.
Since starting as Home Manager I have learnt to be more patient, resilient and my communication skills have got better as this role pushes you to engage with all different kinds of professionals across the business and external professionals too.
I have received tremendous support from different kind professionals to enhance both knowledge and wider experience.
