Veteran mental health nurse, Joby Raju, has been appointed as Manager of Cavendish Court care home, Cheshire, with a pledge to enhance the home’s person-centered approach to health and well-being.

A registered mental health nurse of 27 years, Joby Raju, is looking to develop Cavendish Court, a care home located in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, into a UK leader in person-centered, mindfulness-focused care.  Joby joins a home where person-centered care is already an integral part of its ethos with several teams devoted to ensuring this.
