Phil Burgan

Phil Burgan, Executive Chairman of Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) has recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Knight Frank UK Luxury Care Home Awards.

This was in recognition of his exceptional contribution to the sector during his illustrious 25-year career.

Chef Awards

On Wednesday 2nd October 2019, we saw our first Chef Competition, which was held in the professional kitchens at Unilever in Leatherhead and hosted by My Purchasing Partner.

Pizza

Staff at Water Royd House made homemade pizza's with the residents, using toppings of their choice. Everyone had a fabulous time making and of course eating their homemade pizza. Residents shared their pizza so everyone got to sample just how good they were. 

Coffee Morning

Thank you to everyone that joined us at our Macmillan Coffee Morning in September to help raise money for people living with cancer. 

Croft House Care Home raised £222.24. 

Dementia Cafe

Join us at Hope Green on Thursday 19th December 2pm - 3.30pm at our Community Dementia Cafe. If you are caring for a loved one with dementia, please do come along to this event.

Cavendish Court resident celebrating her 100th birthday

Resident at Cavendish Court Care Home celebrated her 100th birthday in September with friends and family. 

Happy birthday from everyone at the home.

 

Cranleigh Scouts and staff members pictured outside of Cedar Court

We welcomed Assistant Scout Leader, Kathryn Pyper and the Cranleigh Scouts to our home. The scouts are working towards their 'World Challenge Award'. One of the requirements of this badge is to spend some time volunteering with and finding out about a service in your local community.

Celebrations outside of Parksprings

Staff at Parksprings celebrated the recent success of a Care Inspectorate inspection, with a party, after they achieved scores of 4's and 5's - a testament to their hard work and dedication. Well done to everyone.
