Football!

Sadly, Football didn’t come home on Sunday night but England’s wonderful journey from 2018 when England got to the semi-final, in 2021 England got to the final. It only stands to reason that next time England are going to win it!

Both Knights Court residents and staff were very excited on Sunday evening in anticipation for the England Vs Italy Finals. The atmosphere in our care home on Sunday evening was very jovial and electrifying! The residents and staff sat around the television set in solidarity draped in their bold England flags, some clenching a football in their hand and some small flags to show their support to the Lion hearts. 

The evening was full of thrills, adrenaline pumping heartbeats, fun, laughter & delicious snacks/drinks. Here are some amazing images of a great night of football. 

England players need to keep their heads held high up because they did an amazing job on Sunday. Congratulations to the Italians for taking it to Rome!
