The heat was on this week at Brakes Innovation Kitchen as our talented chefs stepped up for the annual MMCG Master Chef Competition.
With the challenge set—two courses plus a modified diet dish meeting IDDSI standards—our finalists brought their A-game. Joanne Jenkins (The Westbourne), Matthew Lumb (Brunel House), Michelle Brooks (Acorn House), Borislav Marchev (Wyndham Hall), and Ash Shaik (Kingsbury Court) worked their magic, transforming ingredients into culinary masterpieces.
Our judges faced an almost impossible decision, with each dish showcasing the skill, precision, and heart behind every plate. But the ultimate winner? That remains under wraps until June’s Care Awards, where we’ll crown this year’s MMCG Master Chef champion!
