You centrally support and assist all homes to ensure the people living with us live happy and fulfilling lives. Daily, each department works with the homes and ensures the people living with us, is at the heart of all they do. Some example head office roles are detailed below.

There is a broad range of Central Support roles at MMCG. People who work in the Central Support team at MMCG must have a genuine interest in working in a care environment, have an understanding of and empathy with older people and be able to take a lead where needed and also be a team player.
Certifications will be relevant to the role, e.g. some roles will require a clean driving license. Please refer to the individual job listing for specific job requirements.
