Peripatetic Nursing Home Manager – to cover the whole of the UK

We currently own 62 elderly care homes throughout the UK with a further 4 brand new purpose built homes opening in the next 12 months.

Our homes offer a wide variety of care services, including dementia, nursing, palliative and residential care.

We are now looking for a Peripatetic Nursing Manager to join our team. You will be required to clinically support & manage nursing homes across the UK as meets the needs of the business. You must be flexible in your working week to travel long distances, and on some occasions you will be required to work away from home.

Our group offers a range of diverse services, from nursing and care services for older people and people living with dementia, to independent living, and support for young adults with a range of different disabilities. With exposure to so many different areas of nursing, you will have the opportunity to build on your clinical skills and extend your knowledge. You will need to be an innovative thinker with highly developed leadership and training skills.

You must have the Registered General Nursing qualification (RMN’s will also be considered), and be registered with the NMC and already be working as a successful Peripatetic or Nursing Home Manager.

You will be highly motivated, dynamic and passionate about caring for the elderly; you will have excellent leadership and communication skills and be a team player. You will have a full understanding of all the duties associated with working as a Care Home Manager coupled with excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
