We are committed to continually improving and developing our services. A comprehensive action plan is in place to make improvements to the areas highlighted by the CQC during their January 2017 inspection.

We were pleased with many of the positive observations the CQC noted in their report, including:

  • People living at the home and their relatives liked and trusted the staff team who took time to talk with people and ensure they were comfortable.
  • Staff had a good understanding of their role and were provided with training to enable them to increase and maintain their skills.
  • People were offered a choice of meals which they enjoyed
