Welcome to Oaklands

Hello my name is Jane Williams and I am the Care Manager at Oaklands.

Oaklands Care Home is located in the peaceful North Yorkshire village of Kirk Hammerton. Harrogate, Knaresborough and Wetherby are only a short drive away. Local shops, doctors surgery and pharmacy are a short walk away.

The home provides care for 38 residents, with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities. A dedicated dementia unit named ‘The Acorn Suite’ is specifically designed to offer support to those suffering from dementia as well as adults with Mental Health issues. Residents of Oaklands benefit from a number of communal areas, including two spacious dining areas, 3 lounge areas and a bright and airy conservatory with views of the gardens.

Oaklands provide quality care, stimulating activities and regular outings. We also hold regular coffee mornings and events to which the local community are always welcomed.

If you are looking for supported residential care, specialist nursing, dementia, respite or end of life care, Oaklands Care Home has the facilities and expertise to meet your needs.

Why not come along and see us at Oaklands to find out more about the care we provide. If you’d like to arrange a visit, or simply have a chat to our Care Manager, please call 01423 580883.
