"I have found that all the staff are very friendly, caring and kind to my mother and treat her with the dignity she deserves. They try their best to meet all her needs, which can be difficult at times! The accommodation is super clean and smells really fresh. The entertainment is appropriate for her generation, she knows and likes most of the songs! Mother hasn't got much of an appetite, even though the food is superb and the carers will tempt her with food such as ice cream, soups or smoothies, ensuring she does not go hungry."
