We were pleased with many of the positive observations the CQC noted in their report, including:

• The health and social care professionals we spoke with told us the service managed people’s needs in a safe way that took account of their individual needs and also the well-being of others around them.

• People were very complimentary about the quality and choices of meals.

• There was a convivial, sociable atmosphere in the home. People and staff spent time chatting and joking. People were visibly relaxed and comfortable with all staff, including catering, housekeeping staff and maintenance staff.
