Ashmead provides outstanding dementia care with nursing. The staff, regardless of their role within the home, went out of their way to show friendship, kindness and compassion to my dad - even the cleaning staff knew his name and greeted him. On my parent's 6th wedding anniversary, the staff made up a training room with banners and balloons and served a family meal to us all. I will never forget the kindness shown to us. Thank you all.

"My mother has been here for about five weeks. Ashmead lives up to the good reviews I had read previously, it seems to have improved the activities to more choice and daily.

This is very important for my mother and the others here. good stimulation improves everyone's well-being. One staff member, in particular, is lovely and kind, everyone appreciates her. She did a lovely job with my mum's manicure. Four other staff members are all very caring and attentive, it is good to be able to communicate Mum's needs to professional caring staff."

I visited my father several times, unannounced to find Ashmead Care Centre spotlessly clean. The staff have always been extremely helpful and cheerful. My father is being very well cared for. He and his room are kept very clean and tidy and he is being treated with great respect. Thank you to all the staff at Ashmead.
