Welcome to Argyle House

I would like to introduce myself, Rita Kaur the home manager for Argyle House; I officially started on the 08/01/2018. I have worked for a cooperate healthcare company approximately for 10 years now. We were delighted with the outcome of the June 2016 CQC inspection and are committed to working with our residents, their families, and Health & Social Care professionals to continually improve and develop our services.

We were pleased with many of the positive observations the CQC noted in their report, including:

-Staff had a good understanding of people’s needs and preferences and worked with people to enable them to communicate these.

-People were supported to engage in activities that reflected their interests and supported their physical and mental well-being.

-There were positive interactions between people living at the home and staff.
