Meet James Martin at Clarendon Court!

A celebrity chef is set to cook up a storm at Nantwich’s Clarendon Court Care Home next month. James Martin will be performing live cooking demonstrations at Clarendon Court’s special Healthy Eating, Happy Living open day on Friday 10 June. The event, which is open to all, is a chance to watch one of the country’s best-known chefs at work, and to pick up some valuable tips on creating nutritious and delicious dishes.

“We’re absolutely delighted about having James at Clarendon Court for the Healthy Eating, Happy Living day,” says Ann Bearpark, care manager at the facility. “We put a lot of thought into our menus at the care home – nutrition matters at every age and all the cuisine we serve is freshly prepared by our chefs. James’ visit is a fun and exciting way to get across the healthy eating message, and we can’t wait to find out what he’s going to make!

“We’re extending an invitation to all members of the community on 10 June, and really hope to see lots of people here on the day. It’s an opportunity for anyone who is considering elderly care to come along with their families and learn about what we have to offer in a fun, relaxed and informal atmosphere.”

Clarendon Court is a newly-opened facility, which offers luxurious living with a level of support to suit any individual, including dementia care, nursing care, respite care, short breaks and day care.
