Manor Park Care Home is celebrating after being praised by Environmental Health, following a recent inspection.
The care home, which offers residential and nursing care for the elderly and those living with dementia, received a five for their food hygiene rating, following an unannounced inspection from the Environmental Health. The Environment Health Officer judges a care home’s services based on how hygienically the food is handled, the condition of the structure of the buildings and how the business manages and records what it does to make sure food is safe.
Lin Block, Home Manager of Manor Park, said: “We have all worked extremely hard to meet the criteria set out by the Environment Health. Everyone here is committed to providing the highest quality of care for our residents so we were delighted with the outcome of our recent inspection.”
Operated by UK Care providers Countrywide Care Homes, Manor Park offers care for up to 73 people.
