Welcome to Furze Hill Lodge
My name is Joan Goliath and I am the Care Manager for Furze Hill Lodge.
Furze Hill Lodge is a Tudor style residence located in the attractive Surrey village of Kingswood and we provide residential/personal care, day care and respite care for 29 residents.
I have a number of years working with the elderly in mental health and dementia care. I came to the UK in 2003 from South Africa, where I worked with elderly clients in the mental health sector. I come from a background where high standards are expected and where an excellent reputation is a must. I work with staff to ensure that we maintain standards as a team. We work closely with outside agencies such as GP practices and social workers to ensure that we deliver the care that our clients want.
