Our staff

Maria Mallaband Care Group is dedicated to providing the highest quality care. We are committed to providing ongoing training for our employees to continually update their skills and knowledge to meet residents' needs.

Each care manager is either a registered nurse, or has a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at Level 4 in Management and Care. We ensure that our care assistants are trained to a high standard and have achieved a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care.

All members of staff take part in a comprehensive induction programme and attend relevant courses, such as moving and handling, infection control, fire training and food hygiene.

All Maria Mallaband employees are checked against the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).
