We had a lovely day out visiting the National Railway Museum. We looked at all the trains and went on a few before treating ourselves to tea and cake in the café.

We all celebrating Mothers day with a tea party! Every woman at Oakland’s received Daffodils to keep and grow. Everyone had a great time.

Everyone at Oaklands enjoyed celebrating St Patrick’s Day with Irish Music, Guinness and residents also played a game called ‘The luck of the Irish’. Residents spent some time discussing St Patrick and how he became a Saint.

With weather true to Britain, it was far too cold to go for a walk, so we did the next best thing and went for a drive! Our mystery tour including sites like Fountains Abbey, The Deer Park and Brimming
