What a fab afternoon we had playing garden games and drinking pimms. Her Royal Highness even showed up to watch the festivities from the royal box. Whilst on Murrays Mount we enjoyed strawberry’s and cream, strawberry scones and high tea.

We really enjoyed a morning of classic songs from musicals including my fair lady, Oklahoma and Oliver. Maureen knew all the words to ‘Oh what a beautiful morning’ and Trevor loved listening to ‘Can’t help lovin’ dat man’.

What are lazy Sunday afternoons for? I’d say a stroll in the sunshine, admiring the beautiful flowers and eating strawberry ice cream would be a good answer. Here is Silvia and Dorothy enjoying their ice creams.
