Phil Burgan celebrates Dignity in Care with Resident
Phil Burgan, chairman and CEO of MMCG and Countrywide Care Homes, was on hand today to present Kath Mayby, a resident at MMCG’s Oaklands Residential Home in York, with a cake and flowers as she celebrated her 88th birthday. Kath’s birthday celebrations also coincided with Dignity in Care Day, which promotes the importance of Dignity in Care and aims to put dignity and respect at the heart of care services.
Philip Burgan said: "It’s been a real pleasure and honor to spend Kath’s 88th birthday with her today, whilst also celebrating Dignity in Care Day. It’s an important day and reinforces our mission to always strive to provide the best possible care to people who need it, and I hope Kath has enjoyed it just as much as I have."
