A Dementia Awareness Day is currently being scheduled to take place on 7th September at Oaklands Care Home. Residents and staff will share a varierty of activities and be involved in teaching sessions throughout the afternoon. Members of York & Harrogate MDT, Health & Social Care representatives and visitors will be invited to a buffet lunch from 12.30pm. Further details can be obtained directly from the home.
