3 Course Lunch at Furze

Furze Hill Lodge celebrated Dignity in Care day by treating the residents to a special 3 Course Lunch. Starter: Minestrone soup. Main: Salmon with dill sauce. Desert: Profiteroles. Each resident was presented with a red rose or carnation buttonhole and enjoyed a glass (or two!) of wine with their meal.
