The last 'Family & Friends' Meeting held at The Belvedere was on 12th November and was overwhelmingly attended. These monthly meetings provide an opportunity for family & friends to take part in discussions, listen to ideas that we have for the home, talk about any issues/concerns, or suggestions that you may have for improvement. Some of the agenda items discussed at this meeting were:
GP Annual Review, Environmental Health Visit, Reporting to the Nusre in Charge (NIC), Funeral Procession and Christmas plans - to name but a few. The Minutes are attached. Details of the next meeting in January will be displayed on the Communication Board, or contact the home directly.
According to the 'Friends & Family Forum', the home has established an excellent reputation within the Cheshire area, where staff are seen as warm and friendly.
