World Elder Abuse Day on 15th June 2010
World Elder Abuse Day was recognised at each care home on 15th June 2010 with the release of balloons.
Rosedale in Catterick released balloons at 3pm in front of residents, their families and friends.
The local Beevers Group in Morley, Leeds released their balloons at a Fun Day held in Morley.
Some of the balloons had a tag attached and for every one found with the tag, a donation will be made to the Charity for World Elder Abuse Day.
